• Assistant to partners,
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events,
• General office administration,
• Assisting whenever possible including taking and making telephone calls,
• Filing, Receive and sort mail / faxes and deliveries,
• Follow up managers and all the staff orders and assigned tasks at different stages,
• Making travel arrangements,
• Coordination with clients and etc.
Requirements
Candidate MUST have the following criteria:
• FLUENCY in English language including high command in speaking, listening and writing skills;
• Good command of Windows and Office;
• High sense of responsibility and have a number of essential abilities including organization, planning and attention to details and ability to work as a team;
