Job Description

  • Writing letters and carrying out administrative correspondence in Farsi and English.
  • Responding to telephone and in-person inquiries.
  • Scheduling relevant meetings.
  • Updating files.
  • Receiving, registering, and delivering all letters, and documents.
  • Coordinating internal and external affairs of the company.
  • Conducting internal and external conversations in English.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Age range: 20 to 35 years old.
  • Proficient in Farsi and English typing.
  • Committed and responsible.
  • Ability to manage time and do multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong public relation.
  • Motivated and cheerful.
  • Committed to performing assigned activities with accuracy and quality.
