Job Description

Objective: Objective of the role is to coordination and manages company's management office affairs and communications. Main responsibilities: managing and coordinating company's top management team office, tasks, meetings. Receiving and submitting letters. Setting up and scheduling management team meetings and appointments. Typing letters and Moms; Coordinating the management office with in-house departments and staff; Coordinating office operation and general affairs; Booking flights, tickets, etc. Answering and routing incoming calls. Dialing outgoing calls; Coordinating and arranging accommodation, ticket, etc. for the company guests. Reporting to: CEO Other interactions: Company senior management team Number required: 1 Duration: Permanent Desired start date: as soon as possible Working hours: 44 hours per week Travel requirements: Rare Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable Commission / Bonus: No Other Benefits: Negotiable

Requirements

1. Professional in MS-Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Visio) 2. Good command of English Language 3. Highly team work adaptable 4. Professional in web surfing and web based emails 5. Coordinating and leadership skills and capable of arranging and pursuing meetings, activities and events. 6. Familiar with company structure and organization charts 7. Familiar with company types (contractor, consultant, client, and supplier) 8. Good and gentle appearance and behavior 9. Familiar with management level and formal communication and correspondences 10. B.Sc. Degree with at least 3 years of experience in the subjected role 11. Accurate and ordered behavior 12. Ready and available for overtime working 13. Preferably Married
