• Work ticketing and monitoring system • Troubleshooting • Following problems and presenting solutions • Documentation, Presenting and updating reports • Following all subscribers’ issues • Testing equipment for replacement for replacement or development

Requirements

• Perfectly familiar with networking concepts • Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNA, CCNP (SW, ROUTE) • Ability to work in rotating shifts (Days, evenings and nights) • High responsibility • Doing daily tasks, rapidly and accurately • Teamwork ability • High responsibility • Familiar with documentation and reporting processes • Patient in responding to customers and controlling stress • Familiar with monitoring tools and protocols
