Network Team Lead

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Team Lead to lead the network team and ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance network systems that support financial transactions and digital payment services as part of one of the leading players in the payment industry, both nationally and globally. This role combines advanced technical expertise with strong managerial skills and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the network team to ensure stable and secure operations.
Design, implement, and optimize routing and switching configurations (CCNP level).
Manage and troubleshoot firewalls and network security systems.
Oversee telecommunication and connectivity solutions.
Develop strategies to improve network performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with development, security, and other teams.
Manage multiple projects and provide technical reports to senior management.

Requirements:

+5 years of managerial experience in networking or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Cisco CCNP-level networking.
Hands-on experience with network security and firewalls.
Solid understanding of telecommunication links and protocols.
Experience in network hardware deployment and procurement.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations for network improvements.
Excellent communication skills and project management ability.
Practical experience in the field of Automation is considered an advantage.
