Job Description

• As a Network Engineer you will play a key role within our data networking IT solutions team. Network Engineers work on both individual projects (installations and support) as well as ongoing managed IT services programs. Our configuration, installation, maintenance and system administration services are performed via remote/help-desk and on-site throughout the Headquarter which located in Tehran. • Our Network Engineer will report to the Director of Technical Operations of the company. He is responsible for project management, configuration, installation, pre/post-sale maintenance and/or administration of client networks. This key technical position requires both remote and field service support.

Requirements

Network Engineer candidates must possess a confident and professional demeanor, client-focused approach, commitment to detail and a quality-oriented attitude. Position requirements include: - Experience and proficiency in the support of information technology products within the area of data networking and security. - Working knowledge of switching/routing protocols and features such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, static routing, VLANS, ACL's, QOS, spanning-tree, and link-aggregation - Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Access products such as DSLAM, WiFI Connections also LTE as advantage. - Wireless or security products certs (in progress or completed) a plus - Must be highly organized with excellent project management skills and have the ability to manage complex network implementations - Strong verbal and written communication skills including the confidence to explain the basics of technology and product usage. - Attention to details. - Ability to think independently and formulate solutions. Basic work hours are 8 to 17 with some required after-hours work for on-call and scheduled installations. Must pass pre-employment background screening
