Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar fields.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or service provider companies.
● Familiar with the concepts of CCNP R&S, MTCNA, MTCWE, and CCNA DC.
● Hands-on experience with Mikrotik and Cisco platforms
● Good understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Change, Request, SLA, etc.)
● Experience working with monitoring tools.
● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation
● Ability to work well with other groups to support services and maintain network infrastructure
● Aptitude for troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing problems.
● Intermediate English level.
● Maximum age: 33 years old.
