1-Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP and IIS
2-Actively participate in creating policies and procedures and train users according to policies
3-Suggest improvements to ensure the best possible functionality of IT systems
4-Provide technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems
5-Monitor server performance, daily backup process and updating DRP documents
6-Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems
7-Consult with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions
8-Maintain server room (small scale) environmental and monitoring equipment
9-Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals services, settings, SAN/NAS
10-Maintain the security of the network and administer internal controls, having overall control of antivirus and firewall
11-Design Data Storage, Data Backup and Archiving, Data Replication for Enterprises and Data Centers
12-Implement and maintain mail server based on Exchange Server
13- Provide first level of support for SharePoint incident and manage the solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Experienced in theoretical and functional concepts of network & IT
- Expert in Network+, MCITP, CCNA, MCSE,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
- Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours or work on–call as needed in support
- Team working ability - capable of working well under pressure
- Having the ability to analyze problems accurately and provide the right solutions
- Having the ability to learn new technologies
- A fast learner with enthusiastic personality and systematic mindset.
- Experience with Server 2008/2012 and Windows 10 And 7.
- Experience with VLAN, sub netting, routing. Switches / Routers configuration skills is an advantage
