Job Description
- Troubleshoot clients and IT services problems - Communicate and coordinate with Clients and Management to determine requirements - Provide day to day management for one or more of the Following products: - Microsoft Domain Services / Exchange / Lync / Skype - Mdaemon Mail Server - Veritas Backup Exec / NetBackup - Kaspersky Endpoint Security - VMWare vSphere - HP / EMC Storages - Cisco / Mikronet/Mikrotik Switch and Routers - Provide computer, network, applications, and peripheral equipment support to the users. - Manage and Monitor Internet / WAN connections Desired start date: Immediately Travel requirements: May have occasional travel within the country (Tehran-Fars)
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Interpersonal competences and presentation skills. - Highly organized and good manners. - Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and Networking concept is required. - Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Management – Communication – Collaboration) - Good knowledge of virtualization solutions (VMWare vSphere). - Good knowledge of Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions. - Polite and problem solver. - Strong analytics and problem solving skills (interpersonal and teamwork skills). - Fluent in English (reading and writing) - Minimum 2 years of related experience as an IT or Network Administrator, and/or Systems Engineer - Knowledge of Microsoft solution such as SharePoint, Exchange and SQL Server is a plus. - Knowledge of Veritas products such as Backup Exec is a plus. - Knowledge of EMC/HP products is a plus. - Certification in related fields is preferred. (CCNA / MCSA / MCSE / MCITP ) Ideal Age Range: Below 33
