At Ayande Sazan Yasan, we teach people how to solve problems, think collectively, and learn many other soft skills through coding. In order to be able to develop tools that can provide quality training, we need to develop our own software development team. Individual and team growth is a value for us, and there is always an opportunity to learn and discover new experiences. We believe that a team does not become bigger than its people unless the people of the team grow. We use the Scrum approach for Agile software development and CI/CD processes are fully utilized to create the most value in our deliverables. In the team, we use current practices for Git flow and code review, which are currently used by the teams of prominent companies in this field. If you find it difficult to conduct Code Review or use these processes, please do not submit your resume. In general, we are moving on the edge of technology and it is very important for us to use valid methods and not deviate from our standards. Our development team works as a hybrid; You can work from home or come to our location in North Zanjan Street and use our facilities.
