MVNO Project Manager

Job Description

ADA is value added service provider in Telecom and IT fields. ADA is indirect shareholders of Helma Gostar. Helma Gostar merged with ASRE Telecom which was one of the 11 private access providers (PAPs) in Iran offering ADSL2+ and other fixed wireless broadband services. It has obtained in 2015 the full FCP license (Fix Communication Provider) and in 2016 the MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) license from Regulatory. Helma Gostar is looking for talented and experienced project managers to be responsible for coordination and management of all aspects of the MVNO pre study (project management, strategy, marketing, communication, technical architecture, company organization,...), in coordination with Transatel who has 15 years of experience in MVNO business within Europe and is our foreign partner. Reporting to the managing director or to the senior project manager the candidate will in his field of activity: • Plan, organize and direct all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives • Perform studies, analysis, all required tasks and ensure that project activities in his field are consistent with the project objectives • Develop, complete and finalize project deliverable of his field of responsibility according to the timeline • Update the managing Director or senior project manager on a regular basis about the progress of the project • Ensure and maintain effective and on-going communication with individuals and groups involved directly or indirectly in the project: financial, technical, marketing, organizational, helpdesk, ... and had his own value and experience in all these subjects Note: This description of duties and responsibilities is intended to indicate the kind of tasks required of the position.
