● Coordinate solid onboarding plan including, inductions, field observation plans, and in-class materials. ● Coordinate the 'organization fit', smooth implementation, and maintenance in the market of all centrally produced marketing development initiatives. ● Ensure the organization achieves marketing excellence by improving performance shortfalls and enhancing the development of individual staff. ● Ensure all/trade marketing development programs are undertaken to the highest level in order to ensure that trade marketing development objectives are met in full and by following the FF development plan and offer FF managers consulting for improving the quality. ● Track employee development effectiveness through assessment of BAT development modules, locally produced development programs, and the degree of performance improvement amongst marketing staff in order to provide amendments and solutions. ● Administrate the translation and adaptation of centrally produced development programs and the production of local programs to ensure that all required resource materials are available to support the implementation plan. ● Track employee development budgets to ensure investment and resource is used in the most effective and efficient manner. ● Interact with junior stakeholders to get direction and feedback regarding the MSD (Marketing Skills Development) agenda. ● Collect, consolidate, and report performance review results such as OTJ and BC achievement vs target and report to stakeholders. ● Cooperate in implementing the POSITIVE program in all regions. ● Track control environment and training program implantation and cooperating training program implantation on time as planned.
● Preferably 2 years of experience in marketing or HR. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Strong motivational skills. ● Good English level. ● Coaching skills. ● Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
