Job Description

- Designing and developing of closed-loop torque/speed control algorithms for a Traction Electric Motor. - Translating the designed algorithms into MATLAB/Simulink models in accordance with latest modeling standards - Evaluating models’ performance by developing and executing unit and integration tests in an automated Model-in-the-Loop testing environment. - Improving models functionality by reviewing and analyzing Auto-Generated test reports.

Requirements

- BSc. or higher in Electrical/Mechatronics/relevant engineering. - +2 years of experience in control algorithms of Electric Motors. - Dominant experience in Model-Based Design tools (e.g., MATLAB/SIMULINK.) - Experience in Version Control tools (e.g., GitLab, Bitbucket) - Familiarity with Model-based Design standards (e.g., MAAB) - Familiarity with Automated Testing tools (e.g., MATLAB/SIMLUINK Test Toolbox) - Familiarity with Requirement Management tools (e.g., MATLAB/SIMLUINK Requirement Toolbox, IBM Rational DOORS) - Familiarity with Issue Tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) - Familiarity with Knowledge Management tools (e.g., Confluence) - Ability to work in an agile environment. - Good oral and verbal communication skill in English. - Excellent teamwork, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
