Job Description
The mold manager is responsible for planning, managing and directing operations to design and build new molds and modify existing molds.
Some of the activities of this specialist are as follows:
- Review of technical drawings in terms of capability
- Determine the mechanism and methods of manufacturing and producing parts
- monitor the correct design of molds and fixtures
- Supervise machining operations in the molding workshop
- Planning to modify and solving the problems with production templates
