Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance Management, Industrial Management, Business Management, Government Management, Business Management, Executive Management, or Industrial Engineering.
● At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of insurance.
● Having leadership skills, management, human resources and organization, productivity, principles, and techniques of negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving.
