Summary

The medical value partner will bring expertise, science and knowledge to the affiliate and the ecosystem partners, enabling them to connect Roche’s capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions.

The Medical Value Partner reports to the Medical & LTO Enabler.

You will be responsible for:

● Support ecosystem partners to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes, ensure internal stakeholders have adequate content knowledge and translating external insights into actionable strategies.
● Shape strategies for new therapeutic areas using external insights.
● Act as “custodian” of data and evidence (in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders) to ensure credible communication of the value of Roche propositions.
● Manage the Medical Information computerized system, ensuring proper handling of inquiries, facilitating inspection readiness, and maintaining high standards of compliance.
● Ensure compliance across activities and approve international HCP engagements.

Who You Are

● You hold a Medical Doctor (MD) or Pharmacy degree; Digital Health expertise and/or a business qualification (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
● You have a minimum 5 years of previous in-depth and broad experience in a medical affairs position.
● You have a deep understanding of integrated strategy.
● You have the ability to communicate with impact, forging strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
● You are a big-picture thinker capable of identifying opportunities beyond individual products.
● You embrace curiosity and change, with a growth-oriented mindset.
● You are Fluent in Farsi and English (spoken and written).
● Military service completion or exemption required for male candidates.
