Job Description

Main responsibilities: As Medical Sales Representative in this company, you will be responsible of promotion and sales of products to physicians in your territory in compliance with company strategies to achieve sales goals as well as group account plans for the rest of targeted customers and overall territory plan. You will be also responsible for regular visits of pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement. You will plan and implement promotional activities in your territory and participate in local medical meetings, workshops, and congresses. You will be responsible of updating product knowledge on promotional materials and articles to supply high quality medical information to different health care professionals in compliance with professional ethics and company image, to ensure the highest standard of sales representation. You will provide call reports, weekly reports and market reports to the Sales Supervisor. We strive to continuously improve our performance and you will be a pro-active player in optimizing processes and improving the quality level. In addition, you will be involved in various projects in close cooperation with other units throughout the organization. The position will allow you to develop a broad spectrum of skills whilst at the same time obtain broad knowledge of the business. Personal development is an important and integrated part of the career. The position is based in Mazandaran. Local city residence for every city’s candidate is essential. Position reporting to: Sales Supervisor Probation Period: 2 months Working hours: Sat- Thursday, Variable hours Travel requirements: Regular travels within the district; every quarter to HQ

Requirements

Doctorate in Medicine or Pharmacy, BS in related fields Preferred 1 year experience in sales force of a pharmaceutical company Basic Computer skills (MS Office) Good command of English Profound Business Understanding Enthusiasm for Sales Career Good Presentation and Communication Negotiation Effectiveness Readiness for Learning Strong Motivation and Tolerability
