Medical Representative

Job Description

As a medical representative, you are responsible to promote the company's products, increasing products awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products. Customers can include doctors, pharmacists, etc. ***Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply*** Main responsibilities: ● Demonstrate or present products to customers (Doctors, Pharmacies, etc.) through scheduled and regular visits. ● Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both Doctors and Pharmacists. ● Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones. ● Maximize efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area. ● Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and solve any problems with Doctors and Pharmacists within his/her area. ● Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products. ● Update product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation.
