- Fully aligned with Sobhan Oncology ethics and accepted official behavior/appearance.
- Prepare assigned territory action plan (Fully align with strategies/tactics resulted by brand plans)
- Regular visit of targeted HCPs according to frequency resulted by action plan after segmentation
- Arrange and manage round tables/local events according to assigned targets
- Be update of oncology pharmaceutical industry (Companies/Products)
- Be aware about medical updates on related oncology products
- Handle coming up objectives as soon as possible
- Maximize effort to achieve the sales target of each product in assigned territory
- Monitor and report competitor's activities and availability of their products in the market
- Regular plan/report to the line manager within defined deadline
Requirements
- Master Degree or higher in Basic Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or any other relevant fields
- Experience in relevant field
- Good Presentation, Communication and Negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and ability to have team work
- Able to have acceptable (intermediate) communication in English
- Able to work with Microsoft Office in acceptable (intermediate) level
- Ideal age: 23-35
- Candidate should be based in Tehran, Isfahan and Mashhad
