- Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists;
- Regular visits of doctors/ pharmacies to monitor products availability;
- Manages sales promotion of assigned products;
- Solves any issue with doctors and pharmacists within the assigned area;
- Surveys market demands and reports to the company;
- Inspects doctors and pharmacies in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability;
- Participates in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs;
- Prepares detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities;
- Deals with opinion leaders and gets market feedback;
- Identifies business opportunities within the respective area;
Requirements
- Related educational background (medicine, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, biology, nursing, midwifery, microbiology, nutrition science and chemistry);
- Preferably 1-2 year experience as a Medical Representative;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Ability to maintain ethical, professional and positive attitude and behavior;
- Sense of human relations, capability to work in a team;
-Ability to travel within the country when needed;
