- Promote and sell Derma Cosmetic Skin Care to Dermatologists, Pharmacies and Clinics.
- Sales visits of Pharmacies and Clinics in set territories to monitor products availability and sell out of products.
- Sales visits of Dermatologists in set territories to promote assigned product lines.
- Work with opinion leaders to gain market knowledge.
- Build strong and effective relationship with decision makers.
- Track and report customer needs, issues, interests and monitor competitor's products and sales strategies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Ongoing product, sales and marketing training.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and events.
- Achieve Sales Targets, quotas and overall goals set by AVA.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales reports.
- Provide accurate sales information to management for forecasting.
- Work closely with Marketing to implement promotions, marketing plan and advertising activities.
Requirements
