Job Description

Medical Rep in following cities: Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, Mashhad,Tabriz. - Managing sales promotion of assigned products - Ability to increase sales to maximum - Regular visits of doctors and pharmacies for monitoring product’s availability and movements. - Applying territory planning to achieve maximum coverage of time and area for both Doctors and Pharmacists - Dealing with opinion leaders and get market feedback. - Maximizing efforts to achieve the target within the assigned areas. - Solving any problems with Doctors and pharmacists within his/her area - Monitoring competitor’s activates and products - Reporting positive and negative feedback to the marketing and scientific departments. - Prospect and qualify new customers - Ensure proper product availability and inventory, territory coverage, reporting & feedback and fulfilling the requirements as instructed by the company with the consent of the concerned Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

Preferably 1-2 years experience in the related fields - Communications and negotiations effectiveness - team-work capability - Excellent Communication’s Skills. - Good Ability of computer’s knowledge. Such as : (MS. Office) - Ability to travel within the country - Good presentation and communication skills - Flexibility in working hours, working condition, travels,…. - Initiative, Independence and well-organized - Ability to cope with stress and work under pressure
