To promote the products in accordance with the designated target audience (Doctors, pharmacies, etc.) with regular visits in-line with the company’s strategy and policies.
- Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback on a regular basis.
- Regular visits of pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement.
- To reach the specified sales targets. (Sales growth; volume and value).
- To visit and report the target audience on a regular basis.
- Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both Doctors and Pharmacists.
- The medical representative should have a disciplinary recording and reporting system, as per the department instructions
