● Draw phase 2 plans and implement mechanical facilities (water supply system, sewage disposal, heating, cooling method and etc.) based on national and international regulations and standards.
● Need assessment and measurement and estimation and compiling the list of mechanical needs of the project along with the desired specifications.
● Deliver mechanical installation plans to contractors.
● Quality control and continuous monitoring of implementation, according to the project schedule, issuance, and approval of permits and other licenses.
● Archive and maintain information and maps of each stage of implementation.
● Examine the performance report and status report provided by the contractors, prepare minutes, and refer to the technical office.
● Interact with contractors, consultants, and other executive units and the technical office of the workshop.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
● At least six years of work experience.
● Proficient in English.
● Proficient in national and international regulations and standards related to mechanical facilities in buildings, including national building regulations.
● Familiarity with map drawing and map reading.
● Familiar with up-to-date and modern mechanical facilities.
● Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
● Proficient in documenting and archiving documents.
