Job Description
We are looking for Graduates who are talented, analytical, and innovative to support the production of high-quality glass products through the continual improvement of process and product quality and the systems that surround them.
Typical job duties may include but are not limited to the following:
● Searching for adequate contractors and co-operating with them
● Develop and implement quality standards to assure products meet the expectations of our target customers.
● Confer with management, production, and commercial departments to discuss project specifications or procedures.
● Support the development of Design and Process FMEAs.
● Work with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to determine product specifications and tolerances.
● Assist in the identification and resolution of manufacturing product excellence issues.
● Assist in the development and improvement of the Product Excellence Management System.
● Promote and maintain a culture and attitude of continuous improvement, working within the Venus Glass team to make it a more efficient, safer, and enjoyable place to work.
