Job Description

To lead & develop a high performing medical representative team. Provide & Develop marketing action plans for each target and all objectives. Providing weekly, monthly visit's reports & plans. Surprising & double visits medical representatives. Determine urban regions to execute marketing action plan. Supervision of weekly, monthly team member's reports. Holding weekly meetings with medical representatives. Reviewing team member's visit problems and try to solve them. Coordinating orders between medical representatives and distributing companies and receive relevant reports. Identify customer's potential in each medical representative's territories. Representatives in his/her respective territory and Ensure route efficiency (number of planned calls and call frequency) by taking necessary actions to improve the routes.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master in Basic Sciences, MBA and all related fields. At least 3 years of Experiences in Pharma Sales & Marketing. Exceptional communication skills. Qualified in appearances & speech. Teamwork and Presentation Skills. Good Command of English.
