-Collaborating with marketing colleagues, the commercial team
-Conduct & set the strategy, annual targets, and define the quarterly and monthly targets and objectives
-Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market
-Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy
-Arranging and attending client meetings
-Conduct Digital Marketing
-Monitoring and reporting competitor’s campaigns and promotions
-Leading the marketing team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets
-Supervising and organizing for all related exhibitions and seminars
-Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy process
-Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development
Requirements
-BS/MS degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Management, MBA)
-Ideal Age Range: 32 – 45
- at least 5 years’ experience in the agricultural or FMCG industry is an advantage
-Familiarity with Sales and Marketing
-Ability to go on missions to different provinces
