Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and implementing B2B marketing plans.
  • Organizing, defining, and planning the marketing aims of a company and gathering strategies and tactics to achieve them.
  • Developing and managing appropriate channels and partners to meet changing customer needs and business goals.
  • Determining activities associated with the purchase, use, and disposal of services, and how the consumer's emotions, attitudes, and preferences affect buying behavior.
  • Determining activities that deliver the desired customer experience through effective customer journeys.
  • Measuring and controlling the performance of the marketing strategy to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Planning, forecasting, producing, and marketing of services, propositions, or portfolios of products, throughout a product lifecycle.
  • Integrating marketing communications strategy with business strategy and the use of both physical and digital communications tools in an integrated way.

Requirements

  • An MBA graduate or a Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 6 years experience in marketing as a manager.
  • Good understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Strong business judgment backed by an analytical mindset and comfort in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
