Determining activities associated with the purchase, use, and disposal of services, and how the consumer's emotions, attitudes, and preferences affect buying behavior.
Determining activities that deliver the desired customer experience through effective customer journeys.
Measuring and controlling the performance of the marketing strategy to achieve maximum return on investment.
Planning, forecasting, producing, and marketing of services, propositions, or portfolios of products, throughout a product lifecycle.
Integrating marketing communications strategy with business strategy and the use of both physical and digital communications tools in an integrated way.
Requirements
An MBA graduate or a Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 6 years experience in marketing as a manager.
Good understanding of marketing strategies.
Strong business judgment backed by an analytical mindset and comfort in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
