Job Description

● Planning and developing overall marketing strategies (budget, competition, environmental factors, market opportunities and segmentation, target market, and product selection). ● Determining policies and using different advertising methods. ● Researching and developing (market, product, customers, and competitors). ● Marketing budget management. ● Planning to create, develop and support the brand. ● Participating in determining sales strategies based on strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. ● Monitoring and analysis of markets and customer needs. ● Planning, editing, and management of advertising company, social marketing, and events such as exhibitions, festivals, etc.

Requirements

● At least five years of work experience related to management. ● Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising. ● Getting to know the food industry, especially bread and sweets. ● Familiarity with marketing principles. ● Excellent communication and analytical skills. ● Strong analytical ability and business acumen in understanding financial statements and market trends. ● Thorough knowledge of marketing principles. ● Interpersonal skills.
