● Cooperate in planning and implementing marketing campaigns based on the company's macro marketing plan.
● Design and implement all marketing activities in the fields of ATL and BTL as well as matters related to integrated marketing communications (IMC).
● Prepare and produce product training content to present to representatives, sellers, and other stakeholders.
● Follow up on logistics related to marketing activities.
● Refer to the market and provide competitor monitoring reports according to the competitors' marketing mix in the form of existing forms.
● Attend various events including exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
Requirements
● At least two years of work experience as a marketing expert.
● At least a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or an MBA graduate.
● Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills in order to communicate with all stakeholders, customers, and managers inside and outside the organization.
● Getting to know the principles of marketing.
● Familiarity with brand topics and brand management.
● Familiar with market research.
