● Develop, manage, lead and enhance the sustainable, profitable growth of designated brand and products portfolio.
● Define improvement projects and marketing programs based on the results.
● Provide and implement a marketing plan (including promotional campaigns and ongoing marketing activities) with respect to brand strategies.
● Establish appropriate communication and close cooperation with all units including R&D, production, sales, distribution, quality control, and for the preparation and implementation of the marketing plan.
● Help to define new products based on the competitive position of products and competitors in the market.
● Provide and implement the launch of new product plans.
● Control the marketing budget and prepare the required reports.
● Work closely with the trade marketing team to provide and propose prices, incentives, and discount plans.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or an MBA graduate.
● 5 years of work experience in the marketing field and marketing management experience in an FMCG environment.
● Responsible, creative, and persevering.
