- Research and analysis of book market trends and cultural products, both domestic and foreign
- Designing and formulating the marketing and operational strategy of the institute
- Organizing and maintaining the customers' database, as well as preparing, organizing, and analyzing customer reports continuously and submitting them to the management
- Marketing budget planning and management
- Establishing regular contact with traditional and digital media to introduce the products and brand of the institute
- Holding conferences and gatherings, participating in provincial fairs and Tehran Book Fair, as well as holding book introduction and signing sessions to introduce the products of the institute
- Keeping the institute's website and social network pages up to date
- Writing and producing a variety of creative promotional materials, including preparing videos and supervising the design and production of seasonal catalogs, posters, and brochures
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with the media and social networks, customers, educational and cultural centers, and organizations
- Ability to write and produce rich and creative content
- Full knowledge of Wordpress and Woocommerce
- Full knowledge of Office, Photoshop, and video editing softwares
- Familiarity with the concepts and strategies of search engine optimization (SEO) to increase website traffic
