- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Also responding to incoming emails in a timely manner;
- Arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Making accurate calculations and providing customers with quotation
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Gathering market and customer information
- Dealing with insolvency cases
- Meeting and interviewing clients
- Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries by attending Calls & Emails using standard guidelines

Requirements
- University qualification: At least Bachelor degree
- Work experience: Previous experience in Marketing & Sales although experience of working in shipping companies is an advantage
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Farsi
- IT Skills: Good command of MS office
- Personal attribute: Communication skills, team work, knowledge and creativity, planning and organization,
