Job Description
-Provides short- mid and long-term market forecasts -Research, market data collection, analysis and interpretation -Recommend options and courses of action; implement directives -Prepare and present marketing plan (strategy) based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristic, cost and markup factors to drive brand awareness, purchase rate and sales on a quarterly and annual basis. -Develop and implement product Route-to-market plans in line with suppliers guideline -Develop and gain agreement on sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realization of suppliers -Ensure implementation all agreed plans and strategies with suppliers through direct sales channels, key accounts and Sub-distributors. -Monitor and assess market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities and analyze -their prices, sales and method of marketing and distribution to identify opportunities and key issues. -Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure that business needs are met -Conduct market research and analyzing investment projects -Review and assess business opportunities -Explore New Markets
Requirements
-University qualifications: BSC or master in Marketing, business administration, Management or related fields -Previous experience: 3-4 years’ experience as Marketing or Business Development. (Experience in FMCG market is in priority) -Proficient in Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, visual skills, ability to prioritize -Extremely organized and strong attention to detail; solution-oriented -Extremely organized and strong attention to detail; solution-oriented -Curious, with a love of learning and openness to developing new skills -Ability to analyze data from numerous sources, -Problem solving and proactive approach -Negotiation & Relationship management skills -Self-motivated and ability to work in a team -Good knowledge abilities in planning -Good knowledge of English
