
Job Description
-Customer marketing support through the development and delivery of insights, market presentations and promotions, which involves frequent customer interactions. This position works closely with the marketing, technical and consumer insight departments, and commercial team, both on national and regional level. The Key Responsibilities Are As Follows: -Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior Account Manager, will be an intricate part of -the commercial management team, responsible for developing and delivering value-added -ingredient sales activities to food and beverage manufacturing accounts. -This includes -developing and obtaining new customer accounts as well as maintaining and growing existing business, in cooperation with the Director of Sales. -A major focus within this role will be engaging/partnering with key customer decision makers to develop new sales within those accounts. This includes developing, implementing, and managing account-specific strategies to achieve sales goals and coordinating creative projects to bring added value to the customer. -There will be continual interface between this individual, their supervisor and other members of the Sales, Technical Service and Creative Teams who need to be kept informed of pertinent sales activities and issues. -This will include cross company initiatives in conjunction with marketing, technology, product development, manufacturing and distribution. -There will also be significant interaction with other key executives in the organization to properly leverage resources in the complex execution of sales programs.
Requirements
-University qualifications: Minimum BSc in Food, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology -Other certifications: Better to held MSCE degree -Previous experience: More than one year as QA, production or sales in a Food or Chemical production or B2B Marketing company -Specialist knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MSP -Other Skills: Selling and Negotiation, -Ideal Age Range: Less than 35 -Language Skills: English
