POSITION SNAPSHOT
Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran

POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure effective coordination, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities, ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in alignment with business priorities and brand strategies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• central coordination points between the Marketing Team, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and external agencies to ensure operational excellence, financial discipline, and smooth execution of marketing plans

• Monitor and control the overall marketing budget, ensuring expenditures remain within approved allocations.

• Coordinate the implementation of the annual marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activities.

• Maintain an updated budget tracker, including commitments, actual expenses, and remaining balances

• Follow up on marketing projects, campaigns, activations, product launches, sampling, and promotional initiatives.

• Organize marketing meetings, prepare agendas, document action points, and follow up on commitments.

• Maintain an overview of all ongoing marketing projects and communicate potential delays or execution risks

• Coordinate with Procurement to initiate and follow up on purchasing processes.

• Manage administrative coordination with advertising, media, creative, event, and activation agencies and follow up on quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and deliverables.

• Coordinate the availability and distribution of marketing materials, POSM, promotional gifts, and campaign assets.

• Ensure timely circulation of information and communication across relevant stakeholders.

The contract for this position will be with another company (3rd party).

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, with strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
