We are looking for a Specialist -International marketing and sales who can quickly and accurately analyse market and customer needs and also, manage process purchase orders in a fast ways. This position is in charge of marketing & sales and Supply petrochemical products.
Main responsibilities include:
- International market research and identify potential customers and tenders and marketing our products.
- Study international market trends, prices and recommend actions accordingly.
- Support and share management in setting pricing policies and development of new products considering customer needs.
- Negotiate with business delegation and sales leads.
- Negotiation with customers to finalize the deal
- Issuing Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice
- Preparing reports for head Managers
- Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Review Requisitions for Goods.
- Research and identifying prospective suppliers.
- Manage the delivery of products.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Analyze Price Proposals, Financial Reports, and Other Related Data.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
- Co-ordinate with Logistic Companies to Ensure Proper Shipment and Delivery.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing and sales.
- Knowledge and experience of marketing and sales
- Expertise and experience in marketing and selling petrochemical & oil products / derivation is a priority
- Professional in oral communication
- Fluent in English Language
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details.
