• Managing and overseeing operations, marketing, and finance in conjunction with administration procedures and activities
• Ensuring that the organization's operation fulfills its clients expectations
• Reporting to the Board at fixed intervals
• Monitoring the organization's client services on a regular basis to both maintain and improve the quality
• Coaching as well as mentoring the staff's performance to enhance their productivity
• Working hours: 8:30 - 17:00, Thursdays till 13:00
Requirements
• Academic qualifications: BA or higher in Business Management
• Minimum 5-year professional record as a manager (being experienced in either E-commerce or IT is a plus)
• A team player
• Good Communication skills
