Contract Manager

Job Description

ZN Vostok (ZNV) is a company operating in the Oil and Gas Production, Oil Refining, and Petrochemicals industry, founded in 2019. We seek a diligent and experienced Manager of Contracting to oversee and manage contractual agreements in our operations located in Tehran. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in drilling and contract management to ensure effective negotiation, execution, and management of contracts in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement contracting strategies to support production and engineering projects.
• Negotiate and secure favorable terms and conditions in contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Oversee the execution and management of contracts to ensure compliance and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks and resolve any issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure contracts are legally compliant and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contractual agreements and communications.
• Lead and mentor a team of contract specialists to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience as a contract manager, with a focus on drilling.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent understanding of contract law and industry regulations.
• Ability to analyze and manage complex contractual issues.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in contract documentation.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
