
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Attending management meetings in the absence of the CEO and representing the CEO in interactions with senior managers
- Following up on, monitoring, and tracking managers’ goals, plans, and resolutions
- Coordinating among organizational units to ensure the implementation of decisions and plans
- Preparing periodic reports on the progress of goals and the performance of departments
- Managing the CEO’s work calendar (meetings, appointments, travels)
- Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings
- Handling and managing calls and visits related to the CEO
- Managing sensitive documents and confidential information
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic background (Management, Planning, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with planning principles, prioritization, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of organizational processes and administrative structures
- Strong follow-up skills with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to analyze, track, and provide accurate reports
- Strong communication and organizational interaction skills, with the ability to participate effectively in formal meetings
- Well-organized, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
