
Job Description
• Plan, organize and coordinate all foreign purchase affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiation, ordering, contracting, custom clearance and etc. • Develop and implement foreign purchase and contract management instructions, policies and procedures. • Prepare purchase orders. • Research, evaluate and select foreign suppliers considering price, quality, service,support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the suppliers reputation and history. • Negotiate, renegotiate and administer contracts with foreign suppliers and vendors. • Analyze price proposals, financial reports and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. • Plan and coordinate all activities regarding custom clearance. • Maintain records of goods ordered and received. • Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability. • Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor or Master degree • Familiarity with Organizational rules • Strong public relations • 3 years brand Managing • Age: Minimum 30 years • Strong Computer Skills • English language fluency • Willingness to travel domestically
