Job Description

● Set policy and guidelines for safe, agile, and cost-effective logistics processes for the business. ● Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates. ● Plan and monitor inbound, in-house, and contract manufacturing logistics and outgoing deliveries. ● Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. ● Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. ● Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments. ● Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. ● Evaluate budgets and expenditures. ● Assess, manage and mitigate risks. ● Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements. ● Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, GMP, and ISO requirements. ● Respond to any issues or complaints. ● Provide periodic reporting for management on logistics, cost, facilities, and processes. ● Develop workflow process in line with ERP software system. ● Advise senior management and improve logistics process.

Requirements

● At least BS degree in Logistics, Management, Business Administration, and engineering. ● A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. ● Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities. ● Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software. ● Familiar with feasibility study and budgeting principles. ● In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry. ● Verbal and written communication skills. ● Working experience Hamkaran system. ● Have a good command of the English language.
