-Preparation of operational plans in order to achieve the goals set in logistics management
-Monitoring the outsourcing of semi-manufactured parts due to their capacitance and economic efficiency
-Monitor transportation, shipping and receiving raw materials and products
-Calculate logistics management indicators and submit relevant reports to senior management
-Managing product transformation, order processing, cost of transportation and storage optimization
-Deciding and optimizing the overall logistics & distribution network
-Responsible for safe & sound condition of internal handling equipment
-Work closely with the concerned departments to ensure proper safety & security of products & people in the whole distribution chain
-Development of the carriers for efficient and safe transportation, handling, storage and distribution of goods
-Determine appropriate equipment and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials
-Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master's degree in Management/ Industrial Engineering / Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or MBA graduate
-At least 8 years relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing companies
-Fluent in planning, feasibility, capacity measurement
-Fluent in processes related to suppliers and contractors
-Fluent in identifying and analyzing logistics management risks
-Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally at all levels including senior management
-Excellent motivational and communication skills with an ability to inspire and lead others
-International/regional experience is a plus
