Logistics Engineering Planning Supervisor

Job Description

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

* Ability to analyze data
* Logistics process design and route optimization
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Development of operational standards
* Logistics Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis
* Good Distribution Practice (GDP) / Good Storage Practice (GSP)
* Knowledge of HSE principles
* Feasibility study development
* Material and information flow modeling
* Familiarity with transportation and cold storage equipment

Responsibilities and Duties:

**Process Improvement and Standardization**
Reviewing and improving current warehouse and distribution processes to standardize procedures across all centers and monitoring the accurate implementation of internal and international standards.

**Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis**
Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously monitoring warehouse and distribution activities, and analyzing data to provide analytical reports aimed at reducing errors and improving efficiency.

**Capacity Planning and Needs Forecasting**
Assessing the capacity of warehouses, cold storage facilities, and transportation fleets, as well as forecasting operational needs to support the development of the logistics budget based on accurate calculations.

**Field Supervision and Compliance Auditing**
Directly monitoring the performance of warehouse personnel and distribution centers, conducting periodic site visits, and auditing processes to ensure the proper implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

**Technical Support for Software Projects**
Participating in the implementation of software projects such as WMS and ERP and establishing the necessary infrastructure to improve processes through digital tools and information systems.

**Safety Monitoring and Development of Innovative Solutions**
Monitoring the full implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles and pharmaceutical distribution regulations (GDP/GSP), as well as identifying effective solutions to develop operations and reduce risks.
