Job Description

● Overseeing all supply chain operations. ● Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation. ● Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. ● Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders. ● Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. ● Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity. ● Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues. ● Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers ● Preparing and submitting weekly reports relevant to the scope of work and responsibility. ● Sending report to the direct manager.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field. ● B2B sales background is preferred. ● High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making. ● Over 5 years of experience in exporting/importing process. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Time management and problem-solving skills. ● Fluent in English, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. ● Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint, and the internet.
