Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will work in our main office managing our wholesale customer orders and assisting the logistics staff. This person will occasionally assist other departments such as warehouse, customer service, or marketing. (Marketplace) Daily tasks will include: ● Receiving, reviewing, and confirming customer orders from online sales panel ● Entering customer orders in sales software and sending orders to fulfillment ● Planning shipping routes, carriers, warehouse, and ship dates ● Tracking shipments until the customer receives the order in full. ● Investigating and managing shortages and damages ● Creating shipping damage claims and monitoring to completion ● Reviewing and approving invoices ● Managing day to day fulfillment at our 3rd party fulfillment providers ● Comparing shipping quotes to determine best carrier options ● Regular shipping cost analysis

Requirements

● A positive energy, positive attitude and a friendly personality. ● A great team player. ● Organized and excellent at multitasking. ● Strong communication skills – phone and email. ● Strong problem-solving skills. ● Works well in a fast-paced environment. ● Coaching, routing assessments and leading employees are requirements of the role. ● Microsoft Office - Must be proficient. ● Experience with Inventory and Fulfillment software.
