Job Description
Reporting to: Managing Director Functional Supervision: Logistic Coordinator Main Responsibilities: 1. Purchase and Transportation of material from OSRAM Germany and other OSRAM companies worldwide for importation and sales in Iran - banking process - preparation of required documents (test reports, etc.) - custom clearance (with agent) 2. Material registration in ISIRI 3. Order placement and follow-up for orders directly shipped to customers in Iran from OSRAM Germany 4. Planning and Reporting - Definition of Minimum Reorder Levels / suggestion for orders to OG - Analysis of slow-moving items - Follow-up of old orders for OSRAM Iran and Indent customers 5. Warehouse Supervision / Organization - Booking of incoming goods in SAMAN - Regular Stock control against the SAMAN books / warehouse books - Arrangement of proper warehouse organization to avoid wrong deliveries - Follow-up of old orders for OSRAM Iran and Indent customers 6. Distribution to Authorized Distributor Network (ADN)
Requirements
Requirements: 1. Working experience in Logistics / Commercial Management for minimum 3-5 years 2. Familiar with Incoterms, banking process and customs processes 3. Fluent in English (orally and in writing) 4. Good skills with use of Computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) 5. Minimum Age: 30 years 6. Strong commitment , working independently 7. Excellent Cooperation with colleagues both in Logistics and Sales, team spirit
