Litigation Supervisor

Job Description

Khodro45 runs used-car inspection, auction, sale contracts, and title transfer across more than 90 branches in 28 cities. Many legal matters start as a dispute on one of those transactions.

We are hiring a Litigation Supervisor to move these cases forward: from the first complaint to pleadings, hearings, settlement, or judgment.

Responsibilities

Run civil and criminal matters from early assessment and evidence collection through filings, hearings, and outcome.
Handle disputes on vehicle inspection, auctions, sale contracts, payment, title transfer, and defect or damage claims.
Follow cases involving fraud, forged documents, misuse of the Khodro45 name, and vehicles with questionable history.
Collect facts and documents from branches, support, finance, and operations before each hearing.
Instruct external counsel in other cities, review drafts, and track deadlines.
Keep case status, deadlines, cost, and outcomes up to date.
Appear in court on the company’s civil and criminal matters, and follow through to enforcement.
Flag repeated dispute patterns and propose process fixes.
Review work of legal specialists or trainees on assigned files.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law. A master’s degree is an advantage.
A valid license to appear before Iranian courts.
At least 4 years of legal practice, including drafting, filing, and hearings.
Working command of civil and criminal procedure and contract law.
Familiarity with fraud, forgery, and vehicle-transaction disputes.
Clear legal writing and reliable deadline control across several open matters.
Ability to explain a case clearly to colleagues outside the legal team.
Preferred

Grade-1 bar admission.
In-house experience or a track record of company litigation.
Background in a marketplace, retailer, or branch-based business.
Familiarity with vehicle title transfer, notaries, and inspection disputes.
Experience coordinating external counsel and using the judiciary’s electronic filing system.
