Job Description

● Make telephone calls to specific users to follow up and resolve reported problems and provide appropriate technical solutions. ● Resolve problems by analyzing logs related to use hosting services like mail, DNS, CMS, Backup and Restore, Domain, SSL, Abuse, Database, etc. ● Follow up and report on user hosting service issues with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements

● Familiarity with Linux operating systems like CentOS, Ubuntu and Cloudlinux at LPIC 2 level. ● Mastery of hosting panel controls like cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, etc. ● Ability to manage web-based services such as web servers, DNS, databases, mail on various platforms. ● Ability to install, configure and manage common services like web services (Apache, Ngnix) , email services, web services (Apache, Ngnix) , email services, various databases (MySQL, MSSQL) , DNS, and popular control panels on user servers. ● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as high load and email not sending on Linux and Windows servers. ● Ability to install, implement and troubleshoot CMSs like WordPress, Perstashop, Joomla, etc. ● Familiarity with Cloud Computing and virtualization solutions such as XEN, KVM, ESXI, etc. ● Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Cacti, PRTG, etc. ● Familiarity with hosting management tools such as WHMCS, etc. ● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Js, and PHP. ● Familiarity with Bash Scripting in Linux operating system. ● Network knowledge at Network+ and CCNA level. ● Time management skills in responding, troubleshooting and resolving user issues. ● At least two years of experience in system administration in web hosting environment. ● Age range: 24 to 35 years old.
