The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in LinkedIn campaign management, data analysis, and KPI optimization, and can drive engagement and organic growth to elevate brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Continuously analyze and monitor KPIs (Engagement, Reach, Growth, Conversion)
Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase engagement and follower growth
Manage content (creation, scheduling, publishing) on LinkedIn
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns
Use analytics tools (Insights, Analytics, UTM) to optimize performance
Partner with senior leadership to enhance brand visibility and Thought Leadership
Manage and optimize paid LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified leads and new customers
Deliver periodic analytical reports and propose innovative ideas for brand growth on LinkedIn
Competencies & Skills
Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads and driving Engagement and growth
Ability to create specialized, analytical content in finance, fintech, or forex
Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads Manager and campaign optimization
Strong teamwork skills and coordination with content team members
